- E. Gadds Lab looks alot like/is his lab from M&L Partners in Time.
- Luigi's "House" in this game is the Rank D Mansion from the first one.
- The Map Luigi used at the beginning of LM1 hangs on the wall at Luigi's House
- Luigi's House also has a Trophy with a plunger and wrench on it over the fireplace, which references his and Mario's jobs as "Plumbers".
- The scene where Luigi checks his TV is a reference to Poltergeist

The trees in the courtyard Luigi's Mansion have pictures on them like a bee and an angel. Look at them in the GameBoy Horror's first-person mode.

In Delfino Plaza go the side of town where the cannon to Pinna Park is located. Go to the Durian lady's basket. Once there, go like you are going to the cannon. After you go past the basket for Durians, stop before you turn left. You should be in front of the red wall of the building that "barriers" the cannon. On the red wall, you can see a werewolf Princess Peach and (normal) Bowser or his head. I know these direction may not be very clear, but I hope someone here knows what I am talking about.

Sorry, but I cannot upload pics from my mobile device. Let's just leave as... fake.

Anyways, when you exit a file in SMG2 as Luigi, Luigi flies on the titke screen. When you dive or pick-up the metal drum barrel thingy in SMS's test level, it glitches up and gets glued to Mario and the screen.

But my wish wasn't granted.
