I guess your right. Out of curiosity, I know we are designing Toxic Terror, Coastline Cavern, Rolling Halfpipe, and Sky High. What other levels are we in the modeling stage of?

Hmmm, maybe a horde battle would be too messy. Perhaps groups of 5 or so enemies blocking staircases, hallways and walkways, "squadrons" of 10 or so enemies waiting in a room, 3 or so Hammer Bros chucking hammers down from adjacent higher walkways, maybe traps with Piranha Plants and stuff like that, Bowser Jr. doors with enemies behind them in one part, Bowser gates near the end, and maybe an army of ~100 enemies split into about 5 groups in a part of the courtyard, which Mario must avoid. And a lot of other enemies scattered around elsewhere.
There should be Bowser flags everywhere. Ooh, wait, maybe a group guards a Bowser flag leading up to another walkway. Less lava, perhaps, but maybe a generator room with Amps and lava, or a lava enemy room filled with the typical Bowser stage enemies with even more emphasis on lava. Replacing any Sling Stars/Launch Stars with flagpoles and cannons would help the Bowser army theme, too.

Glem3's idea of the various NPCs helping Mario could be put in the last section of the level, so Yoshi in the boss fight doesn't look too out of place in a castle.

I know I posted this somewhere before but I do remember where.

I think midern airships such as a metal cruise ship for Bowser and Bowser Jr., tug boats, cargo ships, oil tankers, battleships, destryoers, and aircraft carriers.

I have no idea whether modern ships could be imported, but it might not be a good idea, since Mario isn't a war game. Realistic warships like that would look either out-of-place among the airships, or just rather inappropriate, sorry.
Seriously, the allies shouldn't be in EotU, it's supposed to be a black hole infested dark matter collapsing wasteland, Yoshi, Jibberjay et al. wouldn't fit there at all.
Anyway, this should really be one of Bowser's castles. Most appropriate place for a castle.

Well, we are definitely not going to use Glem3's castle, especially since it has no modeled interior and was pretty much just a decoration to show off the model importer. I am going for a hybrid of a Super Mario 3D Land castle and a Mario Kart castle.

Nah.
No lava.
No dark matter.
Just a whole lot of airships, castles, fortresses, gates and everything to do with Bowser.
It could be Bowser's Castle, with a fleet of smaller fortresses and airships surrounding it.

Maybe using launch stars to launch from Airship to Airship, and at the last airship, there could be a sling star to take you to the walls of the castle, where you'll have to defeat a bunch of hammer bros.

But we should also have a castle. No 3D Mario game has truly given us a good 3D representation of the Bowser's castle. Gravity Gauntlet came close, but if we have a linear, non-gravity, 3D castle, it would be great here.
