so, uh, what exactly do these bots do? i definitely don't see them posting, they just sorta... browse.

been wondering for a very, very long time now. then i realized i could actually ask that question. so, cool.

and yes, i use the Purple Night theme. judge me alllllll you want.

As far as I know, these bots just do crawl and index pages in their databases.
A lot of companies have these bots running like Facebook, Google, Twitter, Yandex, Applebot, Baidu, Bing etc

54 bots is a lot tho

seems most of it is just AhrefsBot and SemrushBot constantly using different IPs, and as bots are identified by IP, well
