Last view: 1943 days ago 		I think that this galaxy could have a lot of cool effects added into it if done right. They might not even NEED to be effects. You could add flat polygon objects that are like black outlines of clocks and such and use a texture animation to move the hands for added effect.
I also think this could be related to Digital Circuit.
