So I decided to not apply the patch, as even the creator does not recommend to use it.
Instead, I found a MUCH better one.
Its not really a patch, but its super cool. Its pretty much the same as the other patch, except with way less bugs (if any) much more moves, abilities, and other things. The patch is for Emerald, so ill have to redo a little bit of things, but it wont be too hard :D.
However, i'm having issues compiling it. I really hope that I can get it to work.

The patch I used has Mega Evolution, so that could be an option (If I could get that to work, that is).

And yeah, all the shiny's are the same sprite, just different colors.

Apparently right after I get the patch to work, the creators of the patch are doing a reboot for it.
I was starting to get errors in the editor recently anyways, so Its not to much of a problem, and I backed up all the Pokemon sprites so I wont lose anything when it comes out. So that hack is temporarily on hold until further notice. I've asked some questions on Pokecommunity about if the hack will work with a ROM with the old patch applied, and an estimate on how long it will take to make it. I'll post here when I get those answers.

However, I will still continue to make (smaller) hacks and stuff while I wait, so hopefully it wont be so bad :).

EDIT: Apparently its gonna take "longer than I want to hear" for it to come out, so I guess that's that. Now time to hack NSMB2 again :P.
