I decided to give Whitehole another try, just to add in path editing and I was successful! But there's more in this new version of Whitehole, including some major bug fixes. Like the previous v1.4 builds, it's based on v1.2. As usual, the source code and the releases can be found on the Github repo: https://github.com/SunakazeKun/Whitehole-1.4

Features:
- Full support for SMG1 and SMG2
- All object types supported, including paths!
- Improved rendering, including a new renderer for area-like objects
- Property field names are individualized for each object
- Added options to copy and paste the position, rotation and scale of objects
- Added a ShapeModel renderer for SMG2's flower objects
- Added shortcuts for the BCSV editor
- Added a hash generator
- Path colors are randomized

This is great work! Another great version made.
You know, I thought Super Hackio was doing this though. There are some things from Super Hackio's ambitions in here. Did you guys collaborate with each other to make this version or did you do this by yourself?

Super Hackio was working on a new version of Whitehole as well, that's true. I tried to figure out how to support paths and send him the code once done, but I added in more and more features and eventually released this version. The only idea I used is the Obj_arg descriptions for objects.

Super Hackio and I are still working on 1.5, but now using this version as the base.

I officially am the first person to crash it. xD

I was scrolling and I moved my mouse out of the window. It crashed.

Ehm.. what? A more detailed description would help me replicate this issue.

When you scroll in Whitehole, it zooms in and out. Well I was zooming out and y mouse went outside the window (my touchpad is weird). Then I kept scrolling and tried to move the mose back in. Crashhhhh.

This also happens in older verisons of Whitehole.

That might be some weird thing where you're trying to click an object and zoom the view a the same time; doing both at once makes Whitehole go nuts and crashes the editor. It's probably your touchpad being stupid, not Whitehole.

Get an actual mouse with a scroll wheel. One of those works so much better than a laptop touchpad. EDIT: they're also very cheap. I got a reliable one for $5.

Yeah, you're better using a mouse. That might cause the problem. Also clicking and zooming at the same time doesn't cause any problems.

I have 2 gaming mice...

I was just away from home and couldn't bring my mouse.

EDIT: I didn't click and zoom, as I tried it with my mouse and it does the same thing.

Hey. >:(

Meh. But why didn't you call it 1.4.5? 1.4.3 seems... Too small of a change from the last version number (1.3.X) considering the amount of changes made...

That's not how version numbers work. Also, the previous version was v1.4.2.3.

Apart from that glitch, everything seems to work perfectly!

That's great to hear ^^ I have no intention in fixing that bug. I don't know what could cause it as I've never encountered these problems. If you could get me a crash log I could try to fix it, though.

why dont people just work on one whitehole fork rather than make a million, though

That's how it is right now. There's the 1.4 fork which has been worked on for more than a year.

The Zero-Gravity objects don't render their shapes properly. they also have 2 spheres for rendering.

Yup, that's normal. The dark green area shows the affection caused by the Range parameter, the light green area is the scale.
