And you can't really make out the 3D effect. It's suupper subtle. And some people naturally have problems with depth perception.


The effect I thought is actually really cool and intense when your eyes line up with the system properly, but it's just at such a specific angle, that it ruins the whole thing.

I've been trying to find my New 3DS for ages now, I swear to god I've turned this house upside down looking for it, to no avail :(

the 3DS 3D thing is largely a gimmick anyway

like a lot of 3D video things

I find that my brain is already quite good at giving depth to a flat picture without needing gimmicks that give me headaches and shit

tbh, i always play my 3DS with the 3D slider turned all the way up. i just really like it. then again, the fact that i did the same thing while my eyes were undergoing an extremely developmental stage of my life is probably the reason i can hardly see my outstretched fingertips without my glasses. i'm honestly wondering if it means i'm legally blind. but i'm sure this is unrelated.

I had an upstairs neighbor family that was really annoying and didn't go easy on the ceiling. They did leave, but in the two weeks before they left, they decided to be awake and active at 4:00 am and that messed with my sleep until I invested in earplugs, and now I have ringing in one side of the ear, which I can't visit the doctor to clean out since I don't have health insurance. Fun.

welp, not fun. I get that, I'm a picky sleeper and I won't sleep unless the conditions are perfect. (well actually, I can sleep through a regular noise like a portable AC unit, but anything not regular like music or people talking will keep my brain awake)
