It's sad that when a student asks me if I have a charger, I have to ask them what phone she's using just in case it's an Apple phone. Part of me hopes that it is so I can rant.
But it turns out that I don't have a charger, period. |

you should just say 'yes' and hand them your microUSB charger. if they happen to have an iPhone, tell them that they were being imprecise and that the standard charger is microUSB, not the Apple crap.

The person who asked me for a charger actually used a non-Apple product in the end, so I couldn't be all smug and rant about it.
I also like it how people call mp3 players an "iPod". I used to do this one time, before I realized that nonApple mp3 players exist. I know, I'm sad. |

What's funny is it comes out at 480p and you can't transfer videos from the computer and other cameras to the IPad. It's just frustrating when she goes to me when she has technical problems with it.
