These aren't currently modifiable, so I thought I'd make a list. None of these are actually confirmed settings - they are just observations.

31+ appear to not exist and produce therefore produce glitchy results.

Whether or not the "bowser jingle" plays when a course is accesed through the Map Select doesn't seem to be dependent on the selected Star Select.
