So first he started making that post in the Town Square, pretty much expecting to get banned. Then he stated twice that we was leaving.

After which he reregistered to post more.

Later on, I IP-banned him...

He keeps trying to access this URL: https://kuribo64.net/board/thread.php?id=2617

Yet, every time, the board kicks him out.

But he hopes! Who knows, maybe the server will give up!

At the time of writing this, he's still trying. You can see him on online.php, always refreshing, never stopping.

He seems really obsessed with Kuribo64 and at the same time really angry at me. That's unhealthy to say the least.

He was given his final warning regarding his overall derpness. His answer seemed to indicate he was planning on shaping up... but nope. He decided to pick a post as a pretext to go "omg staple is a dictator".

He claimed that people here are scared to do things, which is obviously bullshit.

I banned his IP from the whole server, even though it'd take more than that to kill this server

Getting a new Computer, or replacing your Router won't change your IP Address.

Yes I know, I was joking. You have stay within a contract for a certain amount of years, before you can switch your ISP, and the IP Address is affiliated with the ISP.

you don't even need that if you have a dynamic IP, just wait for a while (or reset your router) and you get a different IP

not that it will keep you from getting banned again, though

and infact, when people do that to dodge bans, I tend to ban their whole IP range
