Like Polari says, we need to get the feel of the galaxy and possibly a full written design or as near to one as possible before we start with the music.
We should leave this thread for now and get to the Level Design ones. |

my concept music, underwater exploration!! i love it, went for a sort of mysterious watery spacy theme, alot of deep brass to give it that lurking in the depths feel, didnt wanna make anything too melodic here, its really more of a dorian tone poem, music geek lols..

It just reminds me of stuff they'd play at church, both the instrumentation and the composition itself. It's ok I guess, but I think Sunken Satellite needs a mysterious, a bit eerie-sounding feel to it. ____________________

When I picture my potential design for this I get a dangerous peace feeling
The satellite is dangerous and electrified but is resting in a quiet lake. I've talked this before, which is the concept of letting the level be intimidating without the need of the music. The difficulty will make you be like "Oshit" but the atmosphere and music would be calming. This was done in slimy spring |

Slimy Spring's music is kinda what this could use -- not huge but still dark and mysterious. Though this could use a bit more synth maybe since there's a secondary electric theme. ____________________
