The originsl Buoy Base (above water) was used in Topmen's Tower of Space Storm so maybe no. Gintoki might edit his theme for this galaxy.

The satellite is dangerous and electrified but is resting in a quiet lake. I've talked this before, which is the concept of letting the level be intimidating without the need of the music. The difficulty will make you be like "Oshit" but the atmosphere and music would be calming. This was done in slimy spring
