server down until further notice



We now have a Minecraft server, courtesy Cuberite/MCServer that isn't as much of a resource hog as the vanilla server.


Server access

kuribo64.net (IP: 107.170.44.232), port 25565

Server is whitelisted and online-mode enabled. Ask me and I'll give you access.



Rules

1. use common sense
2. no cheating -- cheating douchebags will be banned without notice



Server characteristics

* Required client version: release 1.8.x
* Spawn isn't set in stone. I might move it if I find some cool terrain (read: mountainy, challenging, giving opportunities to build cool structures)
* Hunger is disabled, you don't spend your first days constantly starving



Known issues

* Oddities regarding eating and the hunger meter. Those don't affect gameplay.
* Oddities with mobs. Blame the Cuberite team I guess :P

There may also be lag biting you there.


I heard a creeper outside go hissss while I was inside, though. Oh and the mobs seem to be silent.

also, seems that someone went down my mine stair and dug out a small room and left that dark


I don't really care where you dig as long as you don't damage someone else's builds (the general idea is that the underground belongs to everybody without restrictions), but please, take the time to light it up properly, especially if it's connected to someone else's house.

One is my old MC name and the other is my Mojang account name that I changed it to after the name change update. Just in case one of them doesn't work, I would just whitelist both.
