Yes you can. Ninjhax 2.0 (what ironhax is based on) works on the latest update, 9.9.0-26. The downside is that in 9.2, a kernel exploit was fixed, limiting homebrew somewhat. The main downside to not having the kernel exploit is that you can't install channels.

Hopefully a new exploit appears that requires some sort of Cubic Ninja usage. Oh well... at least if I get a 2nd new3ds that isn't past 9.2, I can do some kernel hax.

Well considering the game originally retailed for $20, but my friend got it on sale for $5, no. I guess it's better than paying $100 (which is the price on amazon).

It can wait.

I'm just gonna hope someone can make something like Riivolution on the 3DS for on-the-fly patching custom content to legit games.
