Yeah I agree a lot of the designs just aren't realistic. Those galaxies had a lot of tight enclosed spaces that absolutely killed the camera, and you're right that Solar Coaster's gravity was too complicated for its own good. I personally haven't ever really seen Whitehot as an especially original idea for a level but if it's almost finished we might as well keep it.

Basically we need designs with plenty of open areas; even that model Stomatol made is a little enclosed for the SMG camera.

I can easily make the camera more zoomed in to Mario to make it more platform-y...like 3DW or something.

I think that we should only keep the levels we have a lot of progress in, and be willing to add in levels that weren't necessarily originally intended for SMG2.5. I also would like to include a SM64 remake level, since a lot of people were excited for that before and I think it would be fun to do.

I'm hoping to change myself so that I'm not lazy/lack motivation. When I tried modeling about a year ago, I really sucked at it. I wouldn't mind trying again to help revive SMG2.5.

As for Toxic Terror, I have some ideas for a long-scrapped galaxy called Oily Oasis somewhere on the ProBoards forum, as many of you might remember. If I decide to become involved with this project, I could merge my Oily Oasis ideas using WhiteHole or Anarchy with the current models for Toxic Terror.

I agree with MK7tester here. I think remaking Bob-Omb Battlefield would be a little boring and unoriginal.

Yeah, you can see where i'm coming from. I know there are already some good-looking models made for Bob-Omb Battlefield, but i'd rather see one of the more unique levels from Super Mario 64. Nevertheless, making these new models takes up a ton of time, so just remaking Bob-Omb Battlefield with the resources we already have could be considered more efficient.

that model's desgin is cute and all but sketchup is killing it. It needs to be made in a proper program.

Exactly. HodgePodge had just started modelling in sketchup, so It never looked great. If we are going to redo it, It wood (I know, that was a really bad pun, but oh well) have to be done in blender or something similar.
