Some people still don't know how music changing works. And I don't talk about music changing inside a galaxy!

Use Whitehole's BCSV editor. Type in "/AudioRes/Info/StageBgmInfo.arc" on the left and "/StageBgmInfo/ScenarioBgmInfo.bcsv" on the right side.
  • StageName [E4EC2289] is the internal galaxy name.
  • ScenarioName [CDB16E5B] is the scenario number where the music plays. 0 affects all scenarios, 1 affects scenario 1, 2 affects scenario 2, ...
  • BgmIdName [0D7CC90E] is the music name (e.g. MBGM_SMG2_GALAXY_02, BGM_REPEAT_TIMER, STM_SMG2_BOSS08B, ...).

I don't know about StartType [F887E69C], StartFrame [17AC3E4B] and IsPrepare [41E9745D] yet.
