The rom hack featured in this video is Mario Kart:Dash!! it something i'v been working on for a long time.
No. This is not a MKDD!! port it's a hack based off MKDD!! GCN Peach Beach is a retro course along side the almost complete DS port of Wii Luigi Circuit. The title screen and menu music are not amazingly not video edits, they are the result of gericom's asm hack that allows MKDS to play wav files.
