Yes, the 3 OP items you see were sort of made to be admin only items :P Mine the Monado III, Rean's the Bullshit-O-Matic, and Staple's Banhammer. Cosmo hasn't requested anything though. (And I dunno what a signature item would be for him :v)

They would cost frog coins instead, but they were removed, so the high price tag sort of has a similar effect, except it's possible for normal users to get it (even if it takes a long, long time :>)

As for the EXP thing. One gets EXP when Idle, so older members should have more EXP and could be a higher level than their posts total. (At least, that was at Jul, dunno if the gain EXP when idle is still a thing here)

EXP is based on your postcount and your time since registration, so yeah, you gain EXP while idle

which also makes you gain coins btw

editprofile has no field for changing the coins value

the way it works is also weird, the coin count is made of two parts, one stored in the database (number of coins spent), one calculated dynamically based on your EXP or whatever
