It is not yet released, but it will probably be coming out this Winter apparently. As for how to install, it might be released as a .XDelta file, and you have to patch the hack to a MKDS ROM. I didn't make this hack though, so it might not be a XDelta.

Actually, Ermii Kart DS Beta already got released.
I only can't link to it here, because it's an .nds file, instead of .xdelda.

This may sound crazy, but I am also a Ermii Kart Ultra Fan and I also archive MKDS stuff but uhhhh sorry the leaked thing they are talking about is the exact same as beta 1, the source code branch to be precise, just trust me on this, I read it a long time ago on a board.
