Heard about the ad fiasco?
http://www.businessinsider.com/att-pulls-ads-from-google-and-youtube-2017-3 Advertising algorithims are backfiring as other companies' ads are being placed in the same spots as lovely extremist videos. So maybe they'll clean up their act and impose a less shitty content IDing system? Haha, no. |

Yeah, I don't think Google would pull things to annoy the users. If they publish something, there certainly have been surveys, or reasons to do that. |

It's funny how no one is ever happy whenever Youtube changes something. I don't know if it's because Youtube really sucks at changing anything or if it's because people hate change and they don't want to get used to it. Maybe both? |

it's mostly youtube that really sucks at changing everything
especially when *ahem* the phrase "NOT ADVERTISER FRIENDLY" is mentioned. notifications are broken, comments sometimes don't have show more, and they have a clear bias towards certain videos ____________________ still i remember that rainy september discord: salty#1212 photobucket  |

Yeah WTF were they thinking?
I ended up getting shoved into YouTube's new beta test for their new theme today, and spent like 10 minutes trying to figure out how to get the old layout back (you have to click your profile picture, then scroll to the bottom of the dropdown, and click "Restore classic YouTube").
