A good idea for a planet is a giant Cake/Pizza which you have to traverse, but sawblades like the ones in Puzzle Plank keep slicing it up

I also posted there that a New York reference makes no sense to the galaxy and people in other countries might not get it. It's not something Nintendo would do. Out of all of the food-themed ideas we could use, New York just isn't one of them. I know I'm not a designer or anything, but I'm pretty sure that's a no. Maybe Dash Yoshi and Spain. We could have different sections representing a different country. The music would be remixed for each country. Spain would have a guitar and trumpet, France would have an accordian and clarinet, America would have a Guitar and drums, etc. ____________________
