EDIT 13/07/2016

It has come to my attention that bootleg cartridges containing this hack are being sold by some internet sites. I would like to say that I am NOT behind those and I would implore you not to buy any of them, as you can get the game for free here. If you really want a nice case and cartridge, I'd still not recommend buying those, as the cartridge quality is likely extremely shit anyway. This game isn't good enough to deserve a standalone cart anyway; believe me, I know, I made it.

Woo, maybe it's time to post this officially somewhere. Um, yeah. So, this is a thing. A little project that started as a "lol-let's-eff-about-in-sketchup" and actually progressed. This project's goal was to do a 3D Mario hack with no other special goals in mind using Super Mario 64 DS as a base. Pretty exciting stuff. Very much in line with my other projects.

After rushing the project to 'completion' I can definitely say this isn't the best thing in the world; if you're expecting something with the scale or quality of Newer Super Mario Bros. Wii, you'll be disappointed. Plenty of things could be polished up or spiced up a bit. I got a bit demotivated towards the end, as well. Hopefully, you'll enjoy it, though. Is a good timewaster, I guess.

Anyway...

I like the hub and the Freezeflame-like place. How long does it take you to model a single stage, then actually make it into a level using SM64DSe?

About three days; one to model the stage, one to put objects around the stage and one more to debug it a bit.

Thing is, I'm lazy and like to scrap things I don't like even after completing them, so it's not like I can do 10 levels in a month.

How did you make the logo man?

It looks really amazing. Also, I wish you the best of luck making this hack because I've seen the previews, and the stages look amazing! Keep it up man. :)

I myself didn't, a friend from the Newer Team did, but, y'know, photoshop and all that.

You know, that Taller Taller Hills level reminds me a lot of Mount Pajamaja from Mario and Luigi Dream Team in it's design. Probably because of the rocky setting and bridges.
