A thread about any kind of pony discussion. No significant forum is really complete without one.
So, what do you guys think about the Season 4 premiere? I liked how they handled the continuity and explained in detail some of the backstory. Also, the animation budget clearly went WAY up. Too bad there was no real villain, though. For the traditionalist haters who think pink is for girls, I would advise thee not to post. Just ignore it if it bothers you that much. Status: It was really, really fun, guys - thanks for the ride!

Posted by gridatttack It seems like their plans could fill an entire movie's length, 40 minutes didn't seem like enough AT ALL. Even for other episodes, it seemed too rushed for a 20 minute episode. Posted by Stygmax Agreed! My only complaint would be that Celestia's plan made no sense. But I love the episode! I am excited for season 5. Overall season 4 is my second favorite season, with season 2 higher. |
