Also it took like 10 minutes for me to load the website and then do a test.
Oh and discord takes not that long to log into surprisingly.

That's my father's mobile internet speed. Most websites don't load. Most speed tests won't load. I had to install an app just to test it and it still failed multiple times. There's no landline internet available for him, and satellite internet is too expensive.

god, but I still think it still doesn't match up with how slow mine is since I'm in a developed country compared to Brasil.

At home it's almost instant. But at work, it takes 10 seconds minimum.
