A standard Koopa Troopa, a path can be given to determine where it moves. If it is a Red Koopa, is moves slightly faster. Blue Koopas however, don't have any special behavior. Also, the blue variety is slightly buggy, so they are not generally recommended for use.
Interestingly, there is no NokoNoko or NokoNokoWater or anything.
TODO: How are Blue Koopas buggy?

Shell Color: list in Obj_arg0: Null = Green, 1 = Red, 3 = Blue. 3 is unused.
