An elderly black luma that appears on the Comet Observatory as Rosalina's advisor. He appears in the main area where you start and in each of the domes to allow you to view the map for statuses for each galaxy.
Works like any other NPC - needs a MessageID. |

Object fields:
• Parameter for Starbit tutorial?: boolean in Obj_arg0. Since the parameter only appears in the dome version, where he explains starbits, I would assume that it would be linked to that. Otherwise, he's just a normal NPC that works like anything else. |
