I created this account only to congratulate you on the theme.
Not going to lie, the Classic Shell theme is a no.
But hey, why not try Windows Style Builder?

Thanks again! :D

Hi.
My name is Clock.
I was just searching for awesome Windows Longhorn themes for Windows 8.1 where I stumbled here:
"Plex" Themehttps://kuribo64.net/?page=thread&id=2008#post56179

While I do own a copy of SMG, I don't know how to hack but I do have more of an interest of computers.
If the administrators think that I shouldn't be in this forum, I'll gladly leave.
Plus, I only wanted to congratulate Splitwirez anyway:

[I'm also new to this "forums" that everyone's been using for the last ~15 years.]

Well, that's just me. :)

Whoops. It's paid software? I only recommended it because xXiNightXx uses it:

Anyway, your theme looks awesome on my desktop!

I hoped I showed you my appreciation. :)
(I used LongBar before, but it crashed. Now, I'm using Desktop Sidebar.)

How much visitors and/or new users do you get on this website each month ._. ?
(Side note, what programming languages have you learned?)

@Splitwirez!
Didja see what @juniper7 did to your Start Menu Skin over at Classic Shell (or at least the idea of having one)?
It literally made me cry.

Have you or known anyone that tried to restore the Classic theme on Windows 10?
If you did/do, can I have a link?
:)

Hey, Splitwirez, is it too much to ask when you will be updating your cool Longhorn theme to Windows 10?
Thanks again. :)

Oh, whoops, I guess I found the right forum.
Ah, Windows 10...
YOU RUINED THEMING FOREVER YOU --cutoff

Anyway, I see you find interest into porting your old 8.1 theme into 10. Too bad the taskbar can't be skinned, with its XAML elements and all that.
It'll take a work of a genus to figure that out.

Until then, I'll come back to view the progress of your theme. Toodles!

Are you sure this is Windows 10? I thought the taskbar wasn't themeable, including the icons because it's hard coded into XAML.
Huh, I'll give it a shot...

Haven't made a post here* since ~799 days ago, so here goes.

What's the deal with Windows? You buy a laptop, expecting to be as reliable as a $200 computer would be, and then suddenly, a message pops up, forcing you to upgrade.

I like free stuff as much as the other guy, but if some company gives away software for free, there's a very strong indication something isn't right. It's like Microsoft want something out of you, like your personal info, when all you wanted to do was mess around in Solitaire.

"Log. 12/26/2017:
User has opened Solitaire for 24 minutes.
Reported clicks: 485.
End result: 2 wins, 59 loses, 1 tie."

As if that wasn't bad enough, they had to shoehorn in an assistant. With all the data collection, I wouldn't be surprised to see a Skynet in the future, with Cortana leading the pack.

That's the harsh reality we live in. If only government would listen more to their people than for their own gain.

This is getting depressing. Let's say we change the topic:

Anyone seen the new SML2 DX hack? It looks freakin' awesome!

Apparently, people like the taste of a melted orange cream float in a can.

Best Windows version?

Granted. You are now trapped in a 3-pack box of tennis balls.

I wish widescreen TVs were popular in the 90s.
