Because they don't have entries in SMR.szs.
We don't know how to edit this variant of SZS files ATM.

Actually should be pretty easy. We already have a dumper that someone (I think you actually) created a while ago, reversing it (especially with sources) should be pretty easy. If people actually care about that I could give someone willing a hand.

Yep, I already prevented it by setting GalaxyInfo.bcsv to 10. No World with number 10 exists :)

There are no existing tools to do that, you'd have to manually edit the BDL to add in more polygons and the new texture.

How is it possible to edit the BDL file of the hat on BMDView? Or do you have to use another program for that?

BMDView2 cannot edit files. There are also no programs that can add new polygons to a model.

Unless if I was to use a program that exports 3DS files and use some program like Google Sketchup to make the feather. Would that work?

If you wanted to add new polygons, you would have to export the whole model and reimport, which loses all materals (which you kinda need for Mario)

Know how to use the program, that's pretty much it. All you need is 2 polygons - a rectangle triangulated with a feather texture mapped on it.

Actually when I was looking into KameckMeramera for you, TurtleBeamKameck exists. I'd probably have to play around to get it to work, but all the code is there.

There is no seperate files, it loads the Koura model and Kameck model, it doesn't need anything else. I can get it working easily for you :P Once I finish this world map nonsense, anyways

It should load it, but I need to add an entry for it in the DOL. It does have code though - http://pastie.org/private/xerngre24bc9uoz8d9ymta - at 801A6D70 it uses the value in r0 to load the correct Beam

Not as far as I know, you need to modify several sections to get it to map correctly.

SunakazeKun and I were looking into it earlier, based on the debug, some layout or setting or model file is missing because my entire debug was subfunctions of GameScene, so that doesn't help all that much.

I added an entry for the model in the DOL, never checked the sky for code though, and I was testing stuff through SunakazeKun so I have no idea what he did for files.

Where is the Star Select music stored? I couldn't find it in AudioRes\Stream.

It's a sequenced file, not a stream. Some people have been able to convert it but nobody's been able to make new ones AFAIK.

Like I've said before, it's a sequenced file, you're not gonna find a stream for it. Some people have converted them into MIDIs, but there's no way to actually edit them currently.

^ That's what I was trying to say in the very first post. Yes you're able to export models snd reimport them but it's impossible (currently) to import models with multiple joints. You'd need to manually go through the BDL's sections using a hex editor and add the needed polygon and joint data if you wanted to do that (which is very tedious)
