Yeah, your best bet is to use CleanRip and an SD/USB. Preferrably SD card. If your storage device is formatted with FAT (ideal), then in the options, no dual layer, use 3GB chunks (so you get a 3GB and the leftovers since a FAT drive will error if you do the full 4.37GB), and no new device per chunk.
Once it's done, open up a command prompt (Start Menu > "cmd"), navigate to the SD card (type the drive number to switch to it, ie "F:"), and then run copy /b *.part0.iso+*.part1.iso+*.part2.iso+*.part3.iso+*.part4.iso fulliso.iso
With fulliso.iso being the name of the final combined ISO you want. The *s should read the chunks no matter the name.
TADA! You have a functioning ISO (hopefully). If you want to extract files, open up Dolphin > browse > select the folder/drive it's in > right click the new entry in the list > properties > go to the last tab > right click the tree and then extract all the files. ____________________ "I hate playing musical chats" ~ Quote of the month |

Then something went wrong. The size of the final ISO is 4.37 GB (4,699,979,776 bytes). Did you combine the two halves? ____________________ "I hate playing musical chats" ~ Quote of the month |

Nope. Did you follow my settings and split it into a 3GB and then the leftovers? If you did you should get the first part with EXACTLY 3.0GB, and then the rest in the second file. ____________________ "I hate playing musical chats" ~ Quote of the month |

Seems like it. Considering you can still play your disc normally, meaning that scratches aren't an issue, I would say to try running it again (after deleting the files from your first attempt) and then looking at the dumpinfo txt file it makes once it's finished. Example:

Try cutting and pasting the halves onto your main hard drive and do it there ____________________ "I hate playing musical chats" ~ Quote of the month |

I don't think it's going to go over very well if you make a thread with nothing to show off. Come back when you have screenshots or at least ideas of galaxies, SOMETHING to show that you're not making a thread just to make a thread. ____________________ "I hate playing musical chats" ~ Quote of the month |

o,o that is the weirdest error I have EVER seen from Whitehole. What are your specs? OS, 32-bit or 64-bit, version of java (if you're in windows, start menu > "cmd" > java -version). Also, try Whitehole 1.1.2, it's way better. http://kuribo64.net/get.php?id=y4l6rpysGlg39New ____________________ "I hate playing musical chats" ~ Quote of the month |

There would be your problem. Macs aren't supported since nobody who can develop the program to debug has one. Your best bet is to find a program that converts the jar into an EXE and running it through Wine, otherwise you're out of luck. ____________________ "I hate playing musical chats" ~ Quote of the month |

Posted by Rainbow Mario ^ This. It works with all text in SMG2. You just have to know where to look. ____________________ "I hate playing musical chats" ~ Quote of the month |

It is completely and utterly useless. It was to tell developers what version of the collision format is being used. ____________________ "I hate playing musical chats" ~ Quote of the month |

1) looks like scenariodata is corrupted or something
2) how many points does it have? How is it "wrong"? 3) checkpoint = RestartObj (midway flag) or adding another "Mario" as a Starting Point. ____________________ "I hate playing musical chats" ~ Quote of the month |

It's not so much creating the files as it is getting the game to run it. The problem with using SimpleMapObj is that it doesn't support anything fancy. Importing it as a planet might get texture animations working, but... ____________________ "I hate playing musical chats" ~ Quote of the month |

You'll have to edit that manually with Anarchy. Find it here. There isn't much documentation (AFAIK, go talk to rean) so you're on your own for cameras. ____________________ "I hate playing musical chats" ~ Quote of the month |

It would help if you could get us some pictures of a debug screen. You're best using my XML. If you just want to test like you have been (IE with files in F:/riivolution/SMG2Test/StageData and ObjectData) then put all files in that location, and have the settings be enabled, disabled, enabled, disabled. That'll enable the main "slot" and debugging.
I need the very bottom of the debug for sure (looks like this with the TRACE) but the registers at the top would be helpful too. Just use the dpad to move up and down. ____________________ "I hate playing musical chats" ~ Quote of the month |

I've been messing around with various files for a few hours now, thought I'd at least post them somewhere. THIS IS VERY INCOMPLETE AND IS A MAJOR WORK IN PROGRESS.
BAA Documentation WSYS Documentation (very incomplete) Copypasta random notes for BSTN, feel free to decipher it, I've been staring at it for the past hour or so, it somehow links together all the sound effects (see 0x5C0C or here for a list). ____________________ "I hate playing musical chats" ~ Quote of the month |

Did you change the text for the star name or edit the Scenario file at all? Those are the only 2 things I could think that might cause that. ____________________ "I hate playing musical chats" ~ Quote of the month |
