I almost lost my first 3DS and Wii Remote because of that (luckily, she's not the best hider in the world) ._. IMO If a parent takes your stuff and loses it then it's their responsibility and you should have all right to demand a new one from her (or her finding your old one). Anyway I dislike how whenever I play online, over half people playing (that own the DLC) play as Link. WE GET IT! YOU LIKE ZELDA! STOP ACTING LIKE A 10-YEAR OLD! It's never fun racing when everyone plays the same character because that takes away some of the interaction (if most players play different chars I actually notice them and remember them). I'm just not bothering to care about which of the 9 Links is currently behind or in front of me. You might as well be CPUs to me. Imagine a real life Ferrari Race where everyone was Michael Schumacher. Suddenly he lost all his attention and is now a generic guy nobody cares about. srsly. Stop ONLY choosing the DLC people when playing online. Offline is okay and I abuse Link when offline, but online no. Have some creativity. Play your main that's part of the base game. Soo the latest Smash 4 3DS Patch has come out and it has actually changed game balance and some characters.
They haven't released a changelog (on purpose, because Sakurai hates us), but people say it's made the game even SLOWER and removed some of the few advanced techniques that were in the game... Nintendo...no. Just no. WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK ARE YOU DOING? ._. They can't change gameplay after release! Fix glitches and bugs sure, but actually change parts of gameplay? WHY???? F*** YOU NINTENDO! And if you wonder why I'm so pissed, understand that this has made several pros want to quit playing and is infuriating because now I don't actually feel like playing it and becoming good. I don't want to master "techniques" and get used to gameplay that might be patched in a month or two. The only patching I'd allow them to do is maybe nerf a character slightly if he or she proves to be utterly OP (Like Metaknight in Brawl), but those "nerfs" should just be lowered damage/knockback or something. DO. NOT. TOUCH. THE. GAME. PHYSICS. NINTENDO! I am/was maximum supporitve of Smash 4, but Nintendo did the ONE thing they were absolutely forbidden from doing by the community. If this somehow turns out to be the final patch then I MIGHT accept it but if they dare mess with the physics once again then sorry people: Smash 4 lost all competitive worth for me and 50% of all other smashers in the world. I'll go back to playing For Fun CASUALLY like Sakurai apparently intended 
Imagine if Nintendo suddenly managed to patch Melee and removed stuff like Wavedashing, DI and made the gameplay slower (IK it's impossible for them to patch it but that's why I say IMAGINE). Suddenly the Smash competitive community would no longer exist. Also...ALL REPLAYS STORED ON YOUR 3DS WILL BE DELETED AFTER YOU DOWNLOAD THE UPDATE! ... ... I take back everything I said about Sakurai. He is legitimately an asshole to his fans. This doesn't even have anything to do with the competitive community. Why would he take away our memories? Does he think that we upload all our replays to Youtube after saving them? (That's what I'll have to do now since there's no way I'm getting rid of my matches with Armada, Leffen, King Funk, Overtriforce and other awesome matches). Thx for taking away all my hype for the Wii U version too Sakurai. Posted by gridatttack I know that there are competitive scenes for all the games, but let's face it: Melee makes up the biggest and most serious part. Brawl is starting to die out because of Smash 4 and I rarely see Smash 64 tourneys anymore. If both Melee and Smash 4 died then I think it's safe to say that the majority of the community would disappear. PM would be the only game left, but it's not even an official Nintendo game (then again PM is awesome tho) Anyway yeah I kinda overreacted about the update but it still pisses me off. Especially how he didn't give us info about WHAT he patched (at least have the decency to tell us "we made Bowser's F-Smash a tiny bit weaker, buffed Falco's lasers and so). Making such a major update but not giving us info about WHAT's updated is stupid. And I guess I can approve of this patch since without it the game wouldn't be the same on Wii U. I kind of understand the reason now (but it's still a stupid move). However if he tweaks with the characters AGAIN after the Wii U version comes out THEN I'll be seriously, seriously pissed. I really want Smash4 to become competitive and have a long life like Melee, but Sakurai's not helping with his tweaks. I've seen that it's turning a few people (including top pros) off 
As for the replay thing I still believe it's ridiculously stupid and retarded. Couldn't they at least had the decency to allow us to import those clips into the Photo 3DS App or even better: Create a seperate one just for replays and sharing them (kinda like Mario Kart 8's MK TV). There is already an option to play without DLC characters or stages. All I'm saying is that people shouldn't choose the same character over and over just because he/she's new or insanely popular online. Nintendo could fix that easily by just letting people join games where nobody plays the same character they do (if possible. If not then it's okay with 2-3 dupllicates at most). What's the point of replays if you have to delete them every time a major update comes. Like I said they could at least have made an app or something that let you keep/save the replays other places (camera roll, youtube, miiverse or whatevs). There's no excuse for not doing that...... And while I am thankful for some of the nerfs (Rosalina nerfs, the fact that Thunder DOESN'T fully charge G&W's bucket and some momentum and teleport bugs), He's also taken away some stuff that while unintended by the programmers, had no bad effects on gameplay and was received well by the community. Game has laggy enough aerials as is, so why take away some of the things you can do to reduce the lag..... (Greninja's aerial Side B, Link's zair and so..). It's inevitable that many more "exploits" will be found, which will mean more patches, which will mean more frustration for everyone. New techniques for Melee were found well over 5 years after release, so there's a good possibility that the same thing will happen here. If there's a direct BUG/glitch that harms gameplay and players complain, THEN they should by all means patch it. If it's something that actually contributes to the game being good then leave it alone
They also nerfed Lucario's up B now, which is great but also makes me sad since had it been nerfed when the game first came out, I'd have done MUCH better in the DrømmeLAN tourney (Lucario's recovery is broken as fuck). IMO they shoulda just delayed the 3DS version a couple of weeks and given us the finished game upon release. I didn't hear IGN complain about water when reviewing games like Zelda: Wind Waker.
If they meant that the water sections are just boring or something then they shoulda just written "water sections are boring". The fact that they wrote "Too Much Water" makes it look like a 10-year old did the review (lol I remember when I was a kid, a friend of mine kept complaining about too much tall grass in Pokemon Emerald. Good times). U can't spell ignorant without IGN 
Anyway TBH I'm not really that hyped for ORAS because Smash Bros. I'll obviously pick up the game sometime (most likely 2-3 weeks after I get SSB4 Wii U) but even with the patch bs, SSB4 still beats over Pokemon for me. Returning stages are meh. While I'd want Dream Land N64 to return, Kongo Jungle was the second best choice at least (legal in doubles).... Melee stages meh. Shoulda given us Onett, Temple and either Fountain of Dreams or Yoshi's Story. Yoshi's Island is a stage I hated even for casual play. Also, Why only 3 Melee stages?
Brawl stages: Waaay too many. Choices are eh. While I love the return of stages like Luigi's Mansion, Delfino Plaza, Halberd, Smashville and Port Town Aero Dive, I also hate 75m, Mario Circuit, Norfair and Pokemon Stadium 2. Flat Zone X is a lazy idea for a "new" stage but I guess it's much better than bringing back both the old Flat Zones. Also we can just make every old stage layout so whatever I guess. Shoulda given us more unique stages that can't be replicated in stage builder tho (Melee Poke Floats for example). Also it was just noted that in the latest SSB4 patch, vectoring was removed and replaced with old DI. That's great to hear and it makes me believe that Nintendo do listen to the fans a tiny bit. Big Battlefield will most likely be banned in singles... Delfino Plaza is counterpick and was sometimes banned in Brawl so eh.. (hope that it's legal tho) Kongo Jungle is banned in singles Skyloft we don't know yet. While it does seem good for now, I haven't seen all the "stops" in the stage. A walkoff or cave of life alone might restrict it to banned or counterpick. Duck Hunt IDK. Never really hyped for that Wuhu Island I also don't know much about but you can't instantly assume it's neutral (or banned) Windy Hill is leaning more towards "banned" so far so IDK. Looks way too campy and then there's the spring... Anyway the game's out now in NA. This is when I proceed to make a long rant about Nintendo's stupid decision but manage to hold off my rage. But uh could ya give us a list of all the changes? The trailer only implies that you changed some boss ghosts, added in a few beta stuff and changes like the Blue Twirler's attack pattern or so. In Europe you get the adapter packaged with the game (not the controller tho, but who cares since most people who prefer the GCN controller have one already) so everyone has it. lolololololol umad America? :3
And yeah I hope the US gets less adapters. What. The. Fuck. Yahoo? Yahoo posted an article about how Pokemon is killing Nintendo.....by selling too well. SELLING TOO WELL. That's their reason. Of course that alone made the rest of the article obsolete, but here's the reason WHY they think so.... They want Nintendo to make iPad/iPhone games. *facepalm They believe that by having the 3DS games sell too well, they're destroying Nintendo by giving them no need to launch games for mobile devices, which is apparently "what the public wants". (Hint: If that's what the public wants then why the fuck are the games selling well in the first place? )

Sooo lol Smogon banned Mega Rayquaza from Ubers and made a new tier called "Anything goes" where literally anything is allowed (all moves, all pokemon, multiples of the same Pokemon and so).
