I really disagree with losing jobs. I think it motivates people to work. And with all due respect to MrRean, let's remember that a lot of this drama involved him. I just don't want to see jobs go like this because of a few people. |

Right, but having jobs peacefully keeps us together. The problem isn't jobs, it's the people causing drama. We need to learn how to have some healthy competition on this project, which will help us work together. |

I am doing it. MrRean said himself he only cares about getting his job done, and while this is good, I don't think he should choose how we get to do our jobs. |

Before I leave, let me say one thing. I want this project finished. Right now, people don't trust each other here. We need to restore that trust and focus on our jobs. Our jobs give us a place in the project. Our jobs let people know who we are and what we do. Admit it, we all like seeing our name in that list. And maybe its true that creating healthy competition is hard, but we need to do it no matter what. If you care about Super Mario Galaxy 2.5, then stay here and make it work.
