Especially with the new LayeredFS support of Citra there is no reason to. Just put the extracted romfs where citra can read it and open that with CoinKiller. You can then just reload the level after saving it in CoinKiller.

That is most likely caused by a wrong internal name of the graphics. The only way you can currently fix that is using the legacy graphics import option.

Inside the tileset SARC there is a CTPK file which is a container for graphics files. And in there there is a file for the tileset graphics which needs to be named the same as the tileset itself.

Currently only the legacy import feature is able to change the internal name there.

English and German for me, letter being my native language.

In school I also had 5 years of Latin and 3 years of Spanish. I remember basically nothing from those. What a waste considering the thousands of hours that went into sitting in classrooms being bored...

And now during quarantine I got so bored that I actually started learning some Japanese. I'm no where good enough to understand native conversations at full speed, but hey, it is getting there slowly but steadily.

Don't think it will be super useful to me in the future but at least it's a better time waster than playing games etc all the time.

reminds me of something I noticed: when people on these forums contacted me in French, it always felt weird to me, like it had some weird sense of familiarity

People contacting me about modding related stuff in German is always super strange. Especially because many things don't even really have German words for it in this domain and you end up talking in some frankenstein German-English hybrid. Might as well just use English at that point.
