Its the US version, if that helps. From some random ISO from the web. I guess the files might be bad? I'll would try the EUR version files dumped from my disc, if there way a way to dump the DOL and apploader as well.

There is no known way to dump dev carts. Hopefully someone will develop one, then we can do file comparisons, etc with a dump.

MKGirlism said elsewhere that it is a secret. We know it was used at E3 2011 though, and I don't think other information regarding its origin is that interesting.

Literally, nobody cares. You are not going to get in trouble, in any way. Unless you have been mass/first uploading current gen games, then you might get in trouble for piracy.

Also, DSTWO seriously messes up some (or all) ROM hacks and drains you battery. It is only good for retail games. Don't get it for ROM Hacks (also, I don't think homebrew is so good). (Information courtesy of skawo, others (?))

As Fiachra said R4, R4i and Acekard2i are good cards. But you may want to choose another one, to find one that is the best updated/supported.

I recommend Acekard 2i (with the latest version of AKAIO). It won't work on latest 3DS system menu versions though. It runs things pretty well. Never had any problems other than easy to fix contact problems.
