Other than that, it looks pretty cool.

I wonder, what character are you currently importing it on?

How about replacing bowser jr instead? (and if it's possible, replace the clown car with the go go buggy kart from MKDD?) Would be cool if it was doable.

After re-watching the video several times, and paying attention to the games on it, I see at 1:08 there seems to be an open-world style game, and I really like open world games. In the video, the game looks like you can go in any direction - and therefore go wherever you want. You could go to a cliff, or explore a forest, or take a stroll around a river.

If any knows what this game is called, please tell me. I might by a Switch just for this game.

The Elder Scrolls: Skyrim remastered edition IIRC.

Pretty awesome game I must say. Have spent countless of hours trying to do the myriad of side quests.
You could get it on PC if you have one that can run the game :P

MKSS is my fave mario kart for single players. I recently completed it with all 3 stars (yes, even the extra cups. Damn you extra lighting cup!)
The controls are weird at first, but they are more complex than current lame ones (like MK8)

Some tracks are big considering SMK which uses a similar system.

Seems like most people (including you) hate this game because they can't learn how to tackle the controls :P

MK64 controls are fine... for the most part. I hate DD more. (No jump...), but 8 sucks the most for me because you can't steer properly (if the game had better controls, 200cc would have been great)

Mario Kart 8's controls are a gajillion times better than Mario Kart Double Dash or Mario Kart 64's controls. 200cc IS great, you just have to learn to brake just like any realâ„¢ racing game. Of course, if you have the Wiichuck combo, you're pretty screwed.

Do you know how Mario Kart: Super Circuit ranks you, by the way?

I don't know. I hate 8 controls more. They just feel stiff (or maybe I'm just bored by the majority of new tracks)

And yes, theres this guide: https://www.gamefaqs.com/gba/371318-mario-kart-super-circuit/faqs/67255

Long story short, it's a point system. However, the conditions in which you lose points are punishing (go offroad, lose a point every frame. Hit the brake, lose points, stop accelerating, lose points. use a star or triple red shell, lose points, get hit by an item, lose points, hit walls or other NPCs, etc.)

Now, this ranking is not an issue in the super circuit tracks (is easy to get 3 stars, basically due to the fact the tracks are ample and allow room to do many mini turbos & item boxes, which increase points)

The main challenge of the game is 3 starring all the Extra (SMK) tracks.

Seriously, Lighting Cup and Special cup are a nightmare. You pretty have to use bowser, wario or DK or play perfectly with Mario or Luigi, to hope to earn those 3 stars.

My sister used Toad. ;P It took her so many tries, but she found it easier with Toad than the heavyweights. But yeah, that system is what they call bollocks. I'm glad they simplified the point system to just your overall score rather than how well you drive.

Mario Kart 8 to me felt fine, and I feel they aren't slippery as hell compared to Mario Kart 64 or Super Circuit. Heck, I think I prefer Diddy Kong Racing over Mario Kart 64.

Dunno. I honestly liked this harsh point system better. More challenge. MK7 & 8 you just needed to place first and that's it :v

I used peach for all the cups except for 100cc & 150cc for the extra lighting and special cups.

I honestly enjoyed it.

I had to redo many times those 2 extra cups, hence more replayability.

There's not much RNG to disturb you. (unlike in newer games where the difficulty comes from not getting owned by the RNG)

It pretty much requires you to play perfectly to achieve the best core.

Besides, as mentioned. 3 starring the super circuit cups is easy (for the night time BG) The extra cups is where all the challenge comes.

Same as above. While I liked XCX, I liked the fantasy setting style of the first game.
Hyped for the game, but yes, HDD space is not enough :/

It makes me wonder, actually:
We all know how much space MK8 took on a Wii U, right?
The Switch doesn't support HDDs, but instead, relies on Micro SD cards of up to 32 GB (the fuck Nintendo)?!

Where does it says that only up to 32 GB cards?
This proves otherwise as it mentions sdxc, and 32gb is not sdxc :P

Regarding the SD cards, it's possible in the end, just not out of the box :P
It's not like were stuck with 32gb max :v

Dunno. For me, they just suddenly come up when I'm trying to make a level.

I guess It's my desire that I always had to do custom levels.
Ask Skawo or MF64 too. I'm surprised at how many ideas for 2d mario levels they have, but I guess it depends on one, since I'm the same with super mario kart tracks.

(BTW, if its related to Monkey Ball, can we team up? I don't have much time, so importing/configuring it's out of the question, but perhaps I can design a level and you configure it/bring it to life/minor changes so it works?)
