what have ya been up to?

Disappointingly little. My life has been incredibly uneventful for months, actually. Yesterday I accidentally stumbled upon the smg2.5 soundtrack on YouTube again, so that's what brought K64 back to mind. Maybe I'll try to do something actually decent (galaxy level?) while I'm here. Or at least better than my many many past attempts. I'd really love to erase 2014 me from history.

Hi! It's me again. I wonder if any of the old people who may still be here even remember me.

Few things:

1. I joined this place on July 10, 2013. Just...what. How did that happen so long ago?

2. I'd like to apologize once again for being so obnoxious early on. I was oblivious to the fact that I was trying way too hard to blend in (as a result of being among the youngest on the board at the time), and also just talked way too much generally. The result was the crazy weirdo you all saw.

Celebrating 6 years of...um, you all having to deal with me. Or something.

I'm 2.5 hours late, but whatever.

I am stunned by how much has changed since 2013. Both around me, and in the world as a whole. The early part of this decade has such a strong "it was a simpler time" feeling to it now. Such is life, I guess.

Lockdown was lifted in my city on the 4th, then imposed again a few days ago because cases started rising again. Apparently they're going to try loosening restrictions again on the 28th. We'll see how that goes.

All schools will remain closed until autumn, though, so that's good.
