BDL isn't much different as BMD. BDL and BMD is almost the same.

Yes I know but I want to know the difference.

There isn't a MIDID system for the game. Also, what's your question?

Yes there is a MIDI system in the game.

He might posted it in the wrong thread.

I think "freedom of speech", of course. But as the dutch saying goes "wat je zaait zul je oogsten", You are basically responsible for what you do, and what charlie does makes people outraged. I personally can understand that. Of course killing is not right but making fun of peoples religion this way? no, this was certainly expected.

Indeed I had this problem too. And yes that probably just happened randomly as I checked it 784023 times. You just need to invert the faces, even if it looks wrong in the editor.

Making levels is hacking.

No that is called modding. Hacking is making a tool for it or changing the code inside the game.

I still think its the best option to use a 2d version of fludd which was posted earlier. I am pretty sure nobody would give something about it, if just only fludd was in the game.

I disagree with you that this game won't hacked because newer games come or that they are better and more modern.

Mario 64:
Began developing a hacking community in 2005, that is 9 years after its release. Until 2012 we had no proper but buggy editors for it. and now people get the idea that we have to replace toads tool (the editor which crashes every 10 seconds) with a better one.

Super mario world:
This games bigger hacker community began also around 2005 but I think even before(I am not totally sure). that is still many years after its release.

This day even older games get more hacked and stuff. The point I want to make is that upcomming games or hardware are not a reason for a hacking community to die. It may take away the focus but in a few years people might come back to this game and hack it for its unique features: gravity.

People need to give this time. Its not bad if your community shrinks or is not growing. its firstly about you and if you want to hack this game, not about the community.

That it contains material strings or something like that does not mean it could be particles. because, hey surprise!, particles also use textures.

Not even the whole progress of converting a model. Its more like making the model itself. I am allergic for bad models in mario galaxy so I spend alot of time in making my models perfect, this causes me to drop the project if it takes too much time or if it doesn't get perfect.

could you also make a "documentation" row. which tells if it has been documented and if yes provides a link to the documentation. that would be useful. thnx

My idea was that the blue lines that launch stars create actually are gravity lines with oxygen in it. They also make mario not to break his leg when he lands. but hey, that a theory. A bad theory!

its literally dumping some hex lines into a file. Its not as hard as curing cancer or something like that.

I don't want to be the party pooper, but isn't that just the normal mario galaxy music?

Well the triangle strips did not really change anything for me. Levels are still crashing without reason (I think its because they get moved wrong in the rom). I think I am just going to cancel my project.

Triangle strips only help if the level is crashing due to too many polygons; it won't fix a corrupt ROM or a level broken for any other reason. Did you try exporting each level as XML and importing them into a clean ROM like I suggested before?

Yes I did, 7 times actually. The rom is not corrupt, stuff in the rom has been shifted or something. When I import a low texture and polygon level in B.O.B then peaches room will not crash (and many other levels)

How did you found out the instruments? don't tell you you listened to every single one.

I made a little soundfont of mario sunshine instruments, but they are harder to pick the difference.
