I'm gonna change it to "Neo Mario Galaxy" if SMG3 happens.

Agh, what's the word I'm looking for...

...oh, right. BRILLIANT!

Super Stargasm Galaxy.

There's your name.
YES!!! Splitwirez and Aurum, do this!

ABSOLUTELY NOT. There is NO content that I can see fitting into that name (atleast none that I would allow myself to envision) and what little there is...well, this game is rated E by the ESRB, and HOPEFULLY SMG3 can stay that way. I will not condone this hack getting ANY WORSE than an E 10+...atleast not for, [ahem] THAT KIND of reason.

That is really hard to pronounce lel.

I thought it was just Moo-Weegee. Like, Cow noises followed by the name of the somewhat disturbing Luigi-esque creepypasta(IIRC) known as Weegee. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Actually, that Luigi originated from a game called Mario Is Missing for the DOS. A Let's Player pointed it out how creepy it was and made a drawing and uploaded it, and since then it's been used quite a lot.

@Hard to pronounce I just pronounce it as Mu-uigi.

I know he's from Mario is Missing. I had no idea that that game was for DOS...I assumed some form of Windows. Thanks for the info on how 'Weegee' became a creepyishpasta.

So finally, we CAN actually call the Mario Bros. if Luigi shares the same outfit as Mario's, right?

I SEE WHAT YOU DID THERE

This would be less 'spammy' if you listed what steps you used for others to learn from.

He is a new SMG hacker and it is good with new SMG hackers. Try to help them instead.

Did you miss the part where he said "EDIT: I figured it out. Nevermind this post"? If he still needed help, I would have gladly provided it.

Oh, I'm very sorry. Sorry Spliwirez. I will try to make a better look next time.

It's fine. Not that big of a deal, anyways. You don't need to apologize, just...learn from your mistakes.

Models sounds good, music editing too, because we need someone who loops music.

I...CAN...do that, I'm just really bad at it. Ironically, I was just remixing some fanmade MIDIs of Super Mario Galaxy's Soundtrack for SMG3. Hopefully I'll get somewhere!

Ok. New question. Not bothering making a new thread for help but, I am using Extermination Switches to causes Sling Stars to appear. I already have one set up and functioning properly, but the weird thing is, I've set up a second one the exact same way and it does something weird. Immediately when spawning in on the level, it makes the "Launch/Sling Star Appear Noise" and it appears immediately. Killing the Monsters does nothing and the Sling Star is already there, even though a Extermination Switch is properly setup. Is it because it is in the same Zone? Is there a way to fix it/Add a new Zone in Flip-swap? Or am I just stuck?

Double-check that all the objects involved are set up correctly, and that no values are used for both switches (unless they both require the same group of enemies to be killed, in which case the second one is unneeded, as multiple oblects can share the same SW_APPEAR)

This is a hopefully short question:
When I make more than three different planets, the game crashes. I think it's the number of edges and sides of the model... but is there a way to edit more?

Not sure if this will work, but try using lower-resolution textures. Just make sure the resolution is always a power of 2 (and not above 1024, which is unnecessarily high for most purposes).

Yes, he said to me that SMG1 didn't have a PlanetMapDataTable or ProductMapObjDataTable. But no reason to be angry. He is still a nice and helpful guy.

I didn't say that it doesn't have a PlanetMapDataTable. I said it does, but IDK how to modify it (BCSVe can't do that).

Use Whitehole's BCSV editor. It's much better.

Okay. I'll try that soon.

No I mean those names can be used in StageBgmInfo.arc.
EDIT: Tested out all the names. All of them work.

*lag*

Porting wouldn't be easy! I once tried it and it worked, but editing the galaxy then is very hard.

Sorry about the large, creepy image. I was mostly just desperate to put the idea out there. Maybe I'll do it.

I've added TreasureBoxCracked.arc and TreasureBoxGold.arc. So they might lack code..
For CircleStrawberry...The object crashes the game after a spin-attack. What if we replace its code with the one from CircleShell?

If that works, it's on me, regarding Chocolate Challenge galaxy, to create...

...CHOCOLATE-COVERED CIRCLESTRAWBERRIES!!!!!!

I thought it would fit perfectly in this galaxy ^^

What do you know, you and I aren't too different (cognitively), am I right?

I'll change this :o

It will use Galaxy Center's music then, because it's a Good Egg remix.

That should work, as long as it isn't a rock or metal remix and (preferably) uses synthesized instruments.

The instruments are orchestrated.

Eh, alright. I just wanted to stay faithful to E3 2006 'Star World', which used sunthesized instruments, but either way, it's better than gusty garden! (for this purpose, atleast)
