Pretty sure the "keylogger" is only present in the preview builds, which if you use them, you agree with the terms that come with them. It should not be present in RTM.

AFAIK that was a false assumption/rumor from before release .____________.

Just googled it. You're correct. But, all those praising Windows 7, the same service was also added to both Windows 7 and 8 by an update.

What would your reaction be if one day, you found more of those random people who show up and announce a continuation of SMG 2.5 then never deliver, dismissed it as more of the same, then came back a month later and found they'd actually done it?

Given that Windows Vista SP2 is faster than 7 SP1, which would you choose as a main OS, Vista SP2 or the latest publicly-released build of Windows 10?
