That reminds me that I should probably try to learn Sorbian which my ancestors spoke.

As for what languages I speak, English e um pouco de português.

Also, SMO is technically kinda free-roam. Is it as open as BOTW or GTA? Of course not. But it's more open than 64 and definitely more open than 3D World.

Apologies if this sounds offensive but having talked to trans people before, it seems gender dysphoria is when you feel like the opposite gender and it is "cured" by transitioning? I'm a gay who is not very knowledgeble on this subject so once again apologies. :P.

But it seems like this "Trans Enough" authority makes the classification unfair.

Ah, I see. Thank you!

As for me I'm gay and male but I don't rely on gender or sex as a primary or even secondary characteristic (hence my use of "N/A" gender). I don't know what an "I don't care" gender is exactly called though.

As long as you don't have your expectations set too high Super Mario Odyssey will probably not be a disappointment for you.

You know how the Seaside Kingdom was allegedly shown in the E3 2017 trailer? Well, that part with a Cheep-Cheep possessed by Mario was actually the Lake Kingdom all along. Oh, and the area in the tropical kingdom is called Forgotten Isle.

There is one problem I have. It's not with the game, it's with the people looking forward to the game.

People are too "disappointed" and "triggered" with this game. I mean, pardon my language but holy fuck. They were overly-hyped and were all like "I can't wait to play as Waluigi in Isle Delfino!!!!!!" and then they wonder why they are "disappointed".

I mean, people are triggered at the Ruined Kingdom "beng too linear" and "having only 5 Power Moons". I haven't even played the entire game yet so how can I even know if I will be disappointed without having experienced the game in the first place? People are not taking a deeper look at Crumbledon in the Ruined Kingdom. It is aesthetically awesome and has a dragon boss named the Lord of Lightning, who is probably the creepiest-looking boss in the entire Mario series. The Ruined Kingdom also seems to reference Lord of The Rings and Transylvania in Romania. Think about it, a ROMANIAN LORD OF THE RINGS. Since when would that be in a Mario game? Are people really this shortsighted that the only thing they notice are the number of Power Moons and the supposed linearity? People need to grow up and stop not expecting to be "disappointed" when they get their hopes up way too damn high.

What I am a bit disappointed about is that there seems to be no Bloopers, Bob-ombs, and Boos in the game. Will that drive down the marvelousness of the game and my overall enjoyment of the game? Of course not. Then again, these enemies might be present in the game and we just don't know yet or they could potentially be included as DLC.

That is all.

/end rant and spoilers

I disagree. I do think this game will be spectacular. It's just that people have unreasonable wishes like hoping every single fanfic or whatever will be in the game.

See? This is why Kuribo64 should be using thorium reactors. Too much coal burning in here.

Or, don't use Twitter. Move to other platforms instead.

I wouldn't say the game is a bit overrated. I would say it was overhyped with people getting "triggered" over things rather just analyzing them. As for the game being revealed in trailers, it's more like 60-70% and not 90% of the game was shown in trailers. The Lost and Snow Kingdoms, for example, we saw very little of.

Also I don't really understand how it's "ridiculous" that on Metacritic SMO beats GTAV by one point because they're different games. It's like saying because The Godfather is a different genre than The Matrix, it's ridiculous that The Godfather is considered better than The Matrix. I doubt many people who watched/played one of those movies/games has done the same with the other so I don't see how it's considered a "comparison". A better example would be if I say an ice cream cake is good and if someone who has never eaten an ice cream cake says like Finnish sausage is good, it's not a "ridiculous comparison of different foods" in any way as I've never eaten Finnish sausage and they've never eaten an ice cream cake.

Overall, I would say the game is a 9.4-9.7. Definitely not a 10 (BOTW also was like a 9.5 not 10 for me). There's some hilarious reviews like "this game is a 7/10 but I gave it a 0/10 to balance out the 10/10s" and "4/10 because I thought the Cap Kingdom was Mario had died and was trying to escape the afterlife".
