Whoa! Finally SMB3 remake with Racoon Leaf! Congratulations, but Starship Mario is a little bit mismatched to SMB3. Also, please, don't make SMB3 remakers' mistake in 1-3, where leaf-containing block here:

Does anyone know how to edit Newer SMBW levels? I tried to unpack files with ntcompress.exe, but file what ntcompress made from 01-01.arc.LH isn't 01-01.arc, but 01-01.arc_NONE.bin, and saving file as .arc by hex editor doesn't work. How to do it?

The easiest thing to do is to download 1.0.3 NewerDecompressed from ZementBlock's Google Drive. Once you download, unzip the contents and make sure the "Stages" folder is set as your new Game Path in the Reggie level editor. If you need help with the Reggie level editor, you can just PM me or whatnot. :)

Super Mario Land


SML remake have to be on GBA. GBA is easily console what's 'patching' GB classic with SNES and 16:10 (?) screen. It's one and only reason.

Secondly, New Super Mario Bros. It have to be 1:1 remake, not Wii-like continuation

Good, but requires hi-res sprites or models. Snes-like Kirby looks good, but not that good as Kirby from Triple Deluxe or Clash Deluxe (without helmet and sword or other)

No, Isaac, I'm not joking. I'll make an MMORPG. In Unity Web Player. And you'll be first who have to beat final boss - Arisotura. Without any entire game - only final boss. RPG will be turn-based, and with SNESy graphics and sound. Also - more EXP, more enemy range. Arisotura has actually the most EXP, so he is final boss. Aftergames will be supported.


gridatttack will be secret final boss for daredevils, 'cause he has the most HP on K64. Apparently - nearly 10 million HP.

Higer-resolution sprites could surely make it look better, but (if they are included) should be a separate option, or a downloadable texture pack.

As I've posted on Battle System Thread, I'll make it. In Unity3D. Game will be SNES-style and title "KuriMMO64". It's pre-alpha title. It can be changed. Release is planned for October. Screens will be available later.

Features
MMO turn-based gameplay
8 full-new regions with totally over 100 locations
Unity Web Player API
Keyboard control
Players' avatar is playable character's flag and emblem
Single play with team making
Pokemon-based battle system (battles player vs. player and "wild" Kuriboes)
Attacks will change when player is changing gear or rank.
Winning battles will raise players' EXP
