By the way, in this hack that I'm making, if you ever get stuck on any star, try killing a few enemies. Usually a sign or something will tell you though.

EDIT: Still need a name for this galaxy. Basically Yoshi is gone.
Also, a name for this hack that is better than "Super Challenge Galaxy 2" would be helpful... I'm bad at names xP

I did. But that's not what's wrong. That area of Yoshi Star Galaxy is just weird... check it out for yourself. You'll see what I mean soon enough... :P

Ok, another update.
Apparently right after I get the patch to work, the creators of the patch are doing a reboot for it.
I was starting to get errors in the editor recently anyways, so Its not to much of a problem, and I backed up all the Pokemon sprites so I wont lose anything when it comes out. So that hack is temporarily on hold until further notice. I've asked some questions on Pokecommunity about if the hack will work with a ROM with the old patch applied, and an estimate on how long it will take to make it. I'll post here when I get those answers.

However, I will still continue to make (smaller) hacks and stuff while I wait, so hopefully it wont be so bad :).

EDIT: Apparently its gonna take "longer than I want to hear" for it to come out, so I guess that's that. Now time to hack NSMB2 again :P.


It's fine. I'm sure we can all wait for something like this :P

EDIT: Looking around the KoopaShipA.arc, the only files I could find are the .bdl, .pa, and .kcl files (which obviously hold the model itself)

Another file I found was CollisionVersion. That's it. No extension. I tried turning it into a .arc file and extracting that, but nothing. It was the only thing I've tried so far with it. :P

The last file was a .bck file, which is known for containing the animations. We can't edit those yet (well, technically we can, but editing animations with a .txt file isn't very easy :P) but I'm assuming the sound stuff is in there. I doubt it's the CollisionVersion file, but who knows.
