Yes, It's quite fun. I've done a few things here on the topic. Such as:
- LightData
- 1 (semi-crappy) full hack
- 1 hack in the making
- Galaxy Creation "TOOL"
- and few other odd-N-ends

Sure the SMG games have High entrance barriers, but pass those and your good to go!

(actually, that's a good motto...)

Wow, that's impressive!! I've been focusing on LightData myself for a while, as you may have seen in that TCRF link... and as for your tool, I'm amazed! I've never seen that link before...

I'm still in the process of figuring out what settings do what, but so far, I have what is HERE.

The tool is semi-unorganized though. It works fine, but it looks command prompty. later this year though, that will change...

Looks good to me, I'll definitely use it! And, the link is fairly new considering it was a new subpage I added to the article two or three days ago, because there was no place to talk about unused LightData on the wiki. I hope the members of the site find it useful and educational!

I do, indeed!! I'm, quite literally, digging in the files of both games on a daily basis! I haven't touched it in the past hour because I've been tooting around on the forums and trying to figure out how to work the HTML/CSS of my post layout... I work with HTML/CSS but I can't figure out how to add a background image, rip. That aside, Super Mario Galaxy is one of my top hyperfixations (a term for us ADHD folk, equivalent to an autistic/Aspergers person's "special interest")!

No wonder I didn't see it last time I looked XD
I am going to learn HTML and HTML5 this coming year in school.
I often dig through the files, but I mainly go for mostly unknown stuff... EX: .GST files in SMG2. Used for Luigi Ghosts. Oh, and Lightdata, obviously.

Huwah, sorry for the late reply!! I fell asleep. But, does everything look good, is everything up to par? It was my first time making a subpage (and such a big contribution)!! HTML/HTML/CSS is really complicated, but I believe in you!! And on that note, I've been trying to crack the mystery of some of the files in AudioRes, most infamously SpkRes... I got a BCT, CSW and ARC out of it, but that's about it...

I've been sitting in my bedroom for the past couple of hours, alone at 4AM, listening to some of my favourite songs as I hacked away at game files.
A song I had going on loop eventually became a bit of an ear sore, so I ask you now... Kuribo64, what songs do you like?

Myself, personally, I'm a big fan of vgm, J-POP, K-POP, jazz (big band is my favourite!),

Yep, I was actually up until 7AM, and then I passed out... I can stay up for several days straight! I'm a huge fan of the Super Mario Galaxy OST (predictably),

Buongiorno, Kuriboos! As we all know, I recently joined these forums for the video game hacking discussion and assistance.
But did you know... that I am also an artist? I'm a freelance artist who works for a non-profit game development team called
