Super Mario 64 D.S. was a Sequel to Super Mario 64, On the N64.

I wanted to see if anyone would take toke time and help make a SM64DS 2.5 Similar to SMG2.5

I just need to know how to compress it back to a playable file.

If you're talking about video, it's the NTR Custom Firmware for 3DS, and the capture plugin is n3DS exclusive.
You can find a tutorial here.

If you mean audio, it can just be a generic 3.5 mm audio capture device, it's nothing exclusive to the 3DS.
