How about this:
You land on a planet. Its at night time, and its stormy. You defeat a two goombas,find a crate with a coin,and meet the Toad Brigade Captain."I hear that Bowser J.R is working on a weird contraption! Why don't you see what it is!"There is a hidden platform behind the area you start in.On it is a 1-up.The starter planet is similar to the first Boo Mario level in SMG.After talking to the Captain, a launch star appears. It takes you to the 15 floor tower.Each room is square, and the tower is dark blue stone. At the end of each floor is a pipe[covered by the glass thing needing the key], taking you to the next. As you progress, it gets harder, and on floor 15, B.J. is there, with the boss.

Floor 1:
A crate with a 1-up is in the corner of the room. 2 torches are next to the pipe. 2 goombas are in the room. The key appears. Seems easy.

Floor 2:
The room has 2 bullet bill shoters on the wall, and a Magi koopa. Defeat the magi koopa, get the key, and go up.

Floor 3:
A bottomless pit in the center, and 3 hammer bros. There is also a question mark block. The bit is as large as 4 question mark blocks. Get the key and go.

Floor 4: 2 boomerang bros are here, and an amp is moving in a circle around the room. In the corner is bill board, saying the rooms will get bigger here. Get to the pipe.

Floor 5: The board was right. The rooms are much bigger. And the dark blue stones are now red. There are 5 pumpkin goombas, and a lakitue. At the upper right corner is a crate filled with star bits. The middle has a question mark block.

Floor 6: This room is darker than others. It has 3 boos, and at the left bottom corner is a crate with the switch to activate the moving light. Defeat the boos and move on.

Floor 7: The ground is the red and blue switch boards. There in checkerd form. 3 goomba generating magi koopas are there. Defeat them, then go to floor 8.

Floor 8:TBA

A place you can access with hungry luma that has you runing/jumping on giant gears would be nice. They would move to fast, so you use the slow down switch.

Not if we do somthing like a purple coin challenge using Flying Mario throughout the timed levels. Or somthing like we make Mario get on the glass ball, and when we get split screen multiplayer done, a race, when the winner gets done, the other dies.Then to get to it, go in the designed area in hub.

I meant for my second post, the color of the ships, platform, etc. To get the player to explore more, we should make a silver star level.

I have a friend thats good at 3-D modeling and level creating. He doesn't have interest in Mario much, but when I go over his house, we might make galaxies.

There are no
"floors"

The Galaxy is supposed to be outside. :/ And let me design it, i've been wanting to do so for weeks.
I'm saying we BOTH do it. How about this: your design is the official one. I just want to try making a design. Also, @ gc, I was going to add details after draft.
