*rolls eyes* I don't think he's the most qualified person to be doing that, and besides, anyone with a 3DS on 4.5 can do the same thing. It's not like one person has access to it.


To be fair, it is kind of like one person has access to it, nobody just doesn't update their 3DS unless they know not to, it is easy to find people who are willing to share unencrypted isos with you though, just keep lookin'.

I found some bugs:
-You can't see the scales of the Areas/Demos/Camera Areas/Debugs.

Not a bug. Also, Demos and Debugs don't need scales. And Camera Areas aren't even in this version.


You sure that's not a bug? I thought you said Areas would be supported within this version, and there's not much you can do with areas if you can't scale them.

We never used Acmlmboard. It was ABXD and slowly turned into Blargboard.


Main reason is that the current codebase is crapo. Half-finished templatization and other shit I dislike.

And yeah, that too. Strong desire to be different from all the derpboards out there.


I didn't mean 'again' in that context, more of an interrogative context is what I was going for.

and I see, well, only real loss is profile comments because PMs are take longer to write, but eh, it's fine

I want to do stuff like this but the SMS Bin Editor is so umm...complicated and unexplored? It feels like Anarchy before people knew how to use it, back in the day, of course.

Sure, but there's no written tutorial or anything like that, so people who aren't willing to give in the extra time to figure out how everything works get screwed over. :( It didn't feel like that once people could do basic things with Anarchy.

But hey, what you did is pretty cool! I'd be lying if I wasn't jealous, but not in a bad way.

NSMBU and NSMB2 might be candidates if it ever becomes possible (unless something like Riivo is built for these platforms, enabling ROM hacking also enables piracy).

But meh. Same shit all over again. Five-hour Reggie! port, et voila, all the NSMBW community is on it.


Mario Maker pretty much makes a NSMBU editor irrelevant in my opinion, and some people say NSMB2 is the worst core Mario game ever made.

Been away for awhile, and while i've checked all the boards around here, including the SMG boards and misc ROM hacking, I feel something substantial must have happened while i've been gone.

Has anything new or interesting been found in the SMG hacking department? The ability to add SMG1 objects maybe?

What happened to MRRean's Sunshine realm and all the sunshine hacking stuff?

How's the 3D Land / 3D World hacking going?

So where are we regarding wii u hacking?

I see that apparently people have hacked NSMB2/U but i cant find info about it anywhere, could anybody link me?

Sorry if this thread is dumb or whatever but i'm just curious about what has happened in the Mario hacking community as of late.
