More levels are easy. Simply go to the "Stages" directory in Newer Decompressed and replace the stages you want to overwrite with your own. Also, what do you mean by objects? Do you mean things like custom sprites?

So this is a challenge you can try to do with both NewerSMBW and regular NSMBW. You basically hold the Wiimote vertically and try to sprint through each stage as fast as possible. I'll record and upload a video of my attempts in Newer (hopefully) tomorrow. Try it out yourself, it's hard but fun.

What you're trying to do sounds pretty interesting, but I don't really know much (or anything) about animating. Maye someone else has a tutorial on such things, but I haven't been able to find one.
