Yeah, this is why I hate mediafire. People still use this site filled with fetish ads and viruses. I want mediafire to be killed and no one should use it. Use Mega instead. |

I don't have the greatest idea on how they work. I know how to use them, download a gct file and go to gecko os on the wii, but how does the magic happen? And how do people find how to use the codes? |

I was experimenting with a hex editor and other things on lego star wars the complete saga for wii files, and I wondered, has anyone found out how to hack the levels or 3d models? I might have found out part of the sound, because if I use audacity and import a music file as raw data with these settings,
"Signed 8 bit pcm (Any Endian formatting is pretty much the same) Mono Channel 44100 hz" I get a noisy track, but I can hear the song that's supposed to be played in the background. So has anyone hacked it or does no one but me really care. |

I've already extracted the iso, I just need to figure out the format of the individual files (Some of the character files are PHG, CHG, and FPK. |

Lol yeah I asked that, and I didn't phrase it right. I said "How do gecko codes work" instead of "How does gecko os work" |

Yeah, well I know the app, but I knew what to do when I wrote this, put the code in the codes folder of the sd card, run gecko os and it worked. I just wondered how it did it. It has something to do with accessing ram and changing values or something. |

So I have been making custom models, and when I import them into brawlbox, the numnodes is higher than the original model , crashing the game when I test it. Is there a way to lower them (I'm using blender and FBX converter 2010) I've looked it up but got nothing really. |

I am using brawlbox on wii sports rezort, and I have 5 numnodes, when the original has 1. I had this problem when I imported a deadmau5 model I made into mario kart wii. When I ran it, the game crashed. Also, I made a model with lower numnodes, and it didn't crash. |

I don't know if there's a better place on this forum, but I found this weird White port thing on the newer wii's mobo (RVL-101, aka the one without GC support). Any idea what this is for? Could it be used in anyway helpful for modding? Or is it just a useless slot.
Sorry for bad pictures, just showing what the thing is. |

I hate this mario kart game. The controls are ass. Like they don't turn nice compared to a game like mario kart ds. It's hard to explain, bit the controls are really bad. I also don't like how there's no hills, but I can't really complain because it could be a hardware limitation. The maps are also really small too, and you go to fast sometimes. Combine that with the controls and you get a steaming pile of dog shit. Mario kart 64 had great controls and bigger maps for an enjoyable experience. MK64, Double dash, MKDS, MKWII, and mario kart 7 all have really great controls and big maps.(I haven't played MK8 or Super mario kart yet). But mario kart super circuit is unenjoyable.
That's why I hate the game. |

There fine for me in MK64 and DD. The only problem in DD is the bad camera angles. |

That's weird. When I play mk64 the controls feel a lot better than super circuit. I guess it's just me then. |

Does citra have malware? Or does the antivirus baidu on virustotal.com just always report false positives.
