Yes, but it isn"t really much but there"s some useful things:
- Flip Note Studio (I think you can change DNS and some things to use a community network that is still alive). - DSi Browser (It uses Opera but it still works and sometimes it loads things the Original 3DS doesn"t so I use it from time to time). - 3DS Trasnfer Tool (Is for transfer compatible DSiWare to a 3DS). Even so I still have some points in the DSi Shop and you can use them until March of 2017, I"ll recommend you other games that are paid but since there isn"t possible to add points; saying so a good amount of DSiWare (not all) is in the eShop at least for people interested in it, but I don"t really like much playing DS and DSi games in the 3DS mostly because the blur effect it have in the 3DS (all models). |

Well to be honest I wouldn"t be surprised too, but it"s still shocking even so. |

Sadly no, Flipnote Studio can"t, there"s a 3DS Version of Flipnote Studio but only the Japan version have Internet features(good that I have a Japan 3DS), also I think it only can be downloaded without a code for it in Japan eShop too.
Even so I recommend you to download all the free apps before the Shop closure in 2017. |

Well a code was gifted for all My Nintendo mebers the first month of My Nintendo, saying so then you can only get it in a Japan 3DS then or if Nintendo wanted to give codes again, other ways I only know that it comes now preinstalled in Japan consoles so in theory you can make a Legit CIA from it that is possible to install with an ARM 11 exploit, but I don"t know how well works games Legit CIA"s since I have only installed System Updates CIA since I"m not really of the type of person who is into getting games that I don"t own free. |

No, the DSi support WPA and encrypted connections too, that"s the Normal DS, but you need to setup them in Advanced Settings or Conecctions (I can"t really remeber right now what was the name of it) in System Settings. |

Sounds interesting.
Also, are you going to do levels based in Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels (Japanese Super Mario Bros. 2? It should be a good challenge for the last world. |

I think Citra Emulator is the only one that can run New Super Mario Bros. 2 at the moment. |

Yes, mostly, the only you can do is get a gamecard that have an exploit that works in your version, and that"s primary or you have a way to install the exploit for your version. |

Yes, you need either already a way to access the Homebrew Launcher (and that the console is in 10.7.0-X or lower, or that have CFW), alternatively in the case Ocarina of Time 3D you can use PowerSaves to install the exploit for America, Europe and Japan version of thegame. |

There are a lot of things, but first you can enter to Recovery Mode and press cancel to delete downloaded updates.
Then you can block them with DNS with your Internet connection or blocking them in your router and similar. |

There are more DNS not only TubeHax, and in case they are down itwill cause the console to doesn"t connect to the Internet.
But yes, even if they block updates you can"t block the Internet Browser Nag in 10.7.0-32 and 11.0.0-33 Internet Browser with DNS (I"m not sure about 10.6.0-31 Internet Browser but 10.6.0-31 one can use the clock bypass). |
