1. Removing single 3D objects instead of all at once.

2. Mark multiple tiles (dragging) to add them to an object/make them a 3D object.

Include a HEX Editor for the Level Settings (ala NSMBe DS) so we can edit things that are not listed in the UI.

So custom backgrounds are a thing now :D I'm super happy that i got it working :) This is not just a retexture, it is a custom model with just one texture :D

EDIT:
Well this looks MUCH better :D Even though the background scrolls as fast as the Level, no matter where I place the 3D Model. Kinda weird and I have no idea how to fix that :(

Hey there. So I recently made a custom NSMB2 background:

which appears to be flat ingame and the Background just scrolls as fast as the level. That shouldn't be the case, because the blue grid and the background wall are both pretty far away from each other. That should create an effect of depth which just does not appear ingame.

Does anyone from the 3D model experts know something about that? Like are there any special settings in the 3D Modeling program you have to do to prevent that?

Additionally I suck at documenting heavily complex files. I don't understand how all the others are doing this haha

That's true as well, but I didn't learn any other language other than pascal in a serious matter, and I hate pascal to be honest.

Yeah haha but I'm way too lazy to confront myself with it. The syntax and functions are all completely different in many languages :P
But reverse engineering the files is worth a shot I guess.

Happened to me multiple times too. When saving, the sprite just disappears.
I usually fixed it by moving everything multiple tiles further away from the initial position. No need to put everything on another area.

Are you just looping it from end of the file to beginning? If so, that problem shouldn't occur. If you set custom loop points then good luck with that. Always bugs for me too. Sometimes I just get some distorted weird beeping sound and sometimes the loop just won't start where I set it.
