I normally just use ImgUp which you don't need to register to, and it's simple to use. As for file hosting, the only reason I have a 4shited account is because I found, if you search Bing, that a lot of pirated/cracked software is unfiltered and the direct link is provided on Bing, not on 4S though, I only used it for when I needed CPS1, CPS2 and Neo Geo stuff for my modded PSP-3000, then never used it again. However I'd prefer to stick to a physical HDD for backups, personally.
