Sad thing is most people are using Discord for their needs now instead of this but for traditionalists - and for when A13 hits Discord's European users - sites not making a profit and run out of the heart will make a comeback.

Regarding A13, I did read some info on it and it does not really apply in the filter stuff unless the website is commercially managed or done for profit. K64 is neither of these (and neither is Kafuka, Jul, small hangouts like my place...) so I'd say A13 may benefit forums that haven't been taken over by businesses? And Ariso would say likely, "Anything that hinders businesses is a good thing"
